Office Cleaning Services
Done & Dusted ensuring your Working Environment is clean and hygienic thus assisting our Clients with higher productivity levels. We are aware that walking into an Office space is akin to walking into people’s environments where they have personal and sentimental belongings not to mention confidential business documents. All Done & Dusted staff are Police vetted and referee checked and must not disclose any information they come across in their day to day dealings.
Once we have completed your clean we then disinfect to ensure the hygiene of your Office Space. We do a thorough touch point cleaning on such items as door knobs, handles, light switches etc. We only use Disinfectants that have been entered into the Australian Register of Therapeutic Goods (ARTG) for the fight against COVID and other harmful viruses.
The wipes we use have a Reactive Barrier Technology (RBT), which creates a barrier that stays active between cleans for ongoing protection for you and your Staff.
From time to time you may request a more detailed clean, end of year, after functions or events. We can provide cleaning services which are detailed to your particular needs. We approach each Client with their specific needs in mind. As with Residential cleaning no two environments are the same and we will tailor our services to fit your needs.
When we have finished cleaning and disinfecting your office we use a deodorizer (chosen to fit into the ambience of your office) to ensure that you and your staff walk into a clean, hygienic and fragranced environment the next day.
Our General cleaning package includes many items as standard – when we give you a quote all the following items are included in a typical service, allowing no surprises. You can tailor this package to meet the requirements of your specific business.
Our General Office Cleaning
Our General Office Cleaning Packages include the following:
- Cleaning the office entrance including glass doors;
- Emptying of all rubbish receptables and replacing bin liners (Client must provide bin liners);
- Dust all surfaces including furniture, desks, shelving equipment and fixtures;
- Dust the tops of all large electrical equipment (printers, scanners etc);
- Dusting across the top of partitions and areas behind computer monitors (if easily accessible);
- Spot clean marks on walls;
- Remove any cobwebs;
- Vacuum all carpeted areas, under desks, walkways, corners etc;
- Disinfect all touch point surfaces, door knobs, light switches etc;
- Clean and wipe down sinks, benchtops and cupboard surrounds;
- Wipe down outsides of all appliances and door handles using Reactive Barrier Technology disinfectant wipes;
- Loading and Unloading the Dishwasher; and/or washing of dishes, including plates, bowls, cups, appliances and cutlery;
- Disinfect and Clean inside and outside of the microwave;
- Disinfection, sanitization and complete wipe down of toilet, urinals, basins and mirrors;
- Bathroom restock of toilet paper, hand towels and hand soap;
- Deodorising of the office.
