End of Lease Cleaning Services
When someone rents a house/apartment/office, the tenant is obligated to maintain the house in a good and clean condition. At the completion of the Lease Agreement, the tenant is required to leave the house in an acceptable condition.
An End of lease clean requires a detailed, thorough cleaning of the rented property. This is where we come in to get your property up to standard.
In order to get your bond back in full (in regards to the cleanliness of the home) it is necessary that you provide evidence to your Land Lord/Real Estate Agent that you have hired professional cleaners to ensure that your home has been cleaned as per End of Lease Cleaning Protocols (Please check your lease agreement) In this regard we also offer a sanitising and deodorising carpet cleaning, and can put you in touch with a reputable Pest Control Company.
We do not limit our Cleaners time and we will stay as long as is necessary to get the job done. In the unlikely case of the landlord not agreeing with the cleaning/job done, we will get back to the property, clean it again – completely for free until the Land Lord is happy.
End of lease cleaning comes as a package with given inclusions. Some tasks require further attention to detail and therefore are not included in the standard package. We are more than happy to perform these services for you, however they are not included as a standard and therefore will incur extra charges e.g full wall wash downs and deep cleaning of blinds.
End Of Lease Cleaning Package
Our End of Lease Cleans provides the following as standard:
- All internal windows and glass sliding doors;
- Internal & External Oven Clean;
- Mopping and cleaning of all hard surfaces;
- Ceiling Fans;
- Air Vents;
- Cleaning of all bathrooms, including toilets, showers & baths;
- Cleaning inside and outside of all cupboards and shelves;
- Range Hood & Filters;
- Skirting Boards;
- Light dusting of Blinds:
- Spot Cleaning of walls
Done and Dusted will come in at the finalisation of the lease and spend the detailed and dedicated time to have your property up and ready to be leased or sold again.
